You can reschedule your IELTS test only if the test date is at least 9 days (or 14 days for UKVI/Life Skills) from the date of request.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 14 days before the test: 75% refund
- Within 14 but more than 2 days: 50% refund
- Within 2 days of the test: 25% refund
- On the test day or after: No refund
